Refund Policy for Ask an Atom

At Ask an Atom, we strive to provide our users with a meaningful and impactful experience using the Planet Saver Simulator and related services. We understand that sometimes refund requests may arise, and we aim to handle these with transparency and fairness.

1. Digital Products & Premium Features

As the Planet Saver Simulator offers instant access to digital products and services, including premium features, we do not typically offer refunds once access to the digital content has been granted. Refunds will only be provided in the following situations:

  • You were charged for a service you did not request or receive.

  • A technical error caused by Ask an Atom prevented you from accessing the purchased product, and this could not be resolved within 14 days of your initial purchase.

2. Subscription Services

If you have purchased a subscription to any premium features of the Planet Saver Simulator:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, any subscription fees already paid for the current billing cycle will not be refunded.

  • Access to premium features will continue until the end of the billing cycle in which you cancelled.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel any subscription or membership service associated with Ask an Atom at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will not be charged for subsequent billing periods but will continue to have access to premium features until the current period ends.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase at info@askanatom.com with the following details:

  • Full name and email address used to make the purchase.

  • Description of the product or service for which you are requesting a refund.

  • Reason for your refund request.

We will review your request and respond within 10 business days.

5. Changes to This Refund Policy

Ask an Atom reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review the Refund Policy periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes.
